Mr Justin Ralphie Carnahan graduated from the University of New Brunswick with an Arts Degree majoring in English and History and minors in Psychology and Sociology. He studied education at the University of Maine and achieved a Master's Degree in Educational Administration from Memorial University in Newfoundland. 

Mr Carnahan has been teaching for over 17 years in countries such as South Korea, Austria and Canada. Mr Carnahan is passionate about education, sport and ECA programming. He feels very blessed to have this opportunity at SIS and is excited to get involved and do his absolute best each and every day.
