The safety and security of residents in SIS House are our utmost priority. In the vicinity, there are Ample CCTV cameras installed and 24-hour on-site security personnel who patrol around the compound to protect our community. The system is subject to the Sunway Education Group (SEG) code of practice.
High-speed Connectivity
A Wi-Fi network is available for our students within SIS House to support their educational activities after schooling hours. To ensure our young students maintain a healthy lifestyle, the network will be disconnected at midnight daily. Our team at SIS House may also review and take measures that prioritise our students’ cybersecurity online too.
HOSTEL LOUNGE
The hostel lounge provides all residents with a comfortable and relaxing environment where they can gather and spend time with one another. This becomes a perfect place to cultivate diversity and joyful moments shared by our students as great memories for the years to come.
LEARNING SPACES
We also provide Learning Spaces that is available for booking by our students from 5 p.m. until 10 p.m. daily for a convenient and informal academic learning environment. Our students can regularly use these spaces to have discussions, share ideas or practise their presentation skills.
RECREATIONAL FACILITIES
Staying fit and healthy is vital for all our students. In SIS House, our students have access to sports facilities within the school and the Sunway Campus to stay healthy physically and mentally.

In-House Services
24/7 Staff Support
Our duty staff, including a House Master and resident personnel, live on the property and are always available for our students, so that we can be rest assured that they are going to be safe and sound.
Meal Plan
We provide three nutritious and balanced meals daily to ensure our students have the necessary energy for all activities and healthy development.
On-Site Laundry
Laundry services are provided 3 times per week where laundry are collected and returned for all our students. This provides an avenue for our students to cultivate essential soft skills like independent living skills through a scheduled service prepared for them.
Airport Transfer
We ensure the safety of our students who are travelling out from Malaysia. Our staff will escort our students and sign the Young People Travelling Alone (YPTA) though the immigration, no matter what time of the day it is.
Housekeeping
Toilets, showers and basins in all units of SIS House are cleaned each day. Similarly, we strive to cultivate independent living skills of our students, so the individual rooms are not cleaned for them but cleaning tools like brooms and pans are provided.

Common area
The SIS House living room is a convenient and comfortable place for residents to sit back and relax within their unit while interacting and exchanging ideas with other unit mates from different countries and grades.
This space is equipped with kitchen cabinets, a dining table and a refrigerator for residents to store their supplies. Here, they can enjoy their mealtimes together with their unit mates and build strong friendships.
Twin Sharing Duplex style Accommodation with En-suite washrooms
In every of our Duplex unit comes with 5 air-conditioned twin-sharing rooms that include en-suite bathrooms, we advocate the concept of “It’s always better than living alone,” so our students have the safe space for youth personal learning and social development.
The washroom area consists of 3 bathrooms equipped with a heated shower, 3 toilets and 3 washing basins with wall mirrors for the convenience of our students in SIS House.

SIS House is seamlessly connected to the Sunway International School campus with security personnel on-site to ensure that it’s safe and secure for all our students within the vicinity.
RESIDENT LIFE
Life in SIS House is unique as a home away from home, especially for students who are away from their families for the very first time.
