Albert Africa has completed a Postgraduate Degree in Mathematics and Science from Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University. He has also completed his Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Science. Prior to SIS, Mr. Africa spent 5 years teaching in South Africa, 4 years in the Middle East, as well as 2 years in Malaysia teaching. He has taught subjects ranging from AP Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics across middle and high school.

Nicholas Towns obtained a combined Bachelor (Hons) in English and History, as well as a Master's of English at Carleton University, in Ottawa.  He completed his Bachelor of Education at Queen's University.  For ten years, he worked in the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) therapy, which brought him to his first post overseas in Indonesia.  As a therapist, he worked with children on the autism spectrum. Nicholas was a founding member of the Grade 7 programme at SIS in 2012, and has also taught at the high school level.

Stemon Sit obtained his Bachelor of Commerce from Toronto Metropolitan University and his Bachelor of Education from Lakehead University. He has additional qualifications in Mathematics, Health and Physical Education, special education and teaching English language learners.

Toby Holland joins SIS as the elementary's physical education & health teacher.

Luke Salisbury graduated from Edge Hill University, UK with a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education and School Sport. Before moving to SIS in July 2024, Luke has taught Physical Education for 8 years in the UK, Egypt and Oman. 

Matthew Speck graduated from Brock University in Ontario, Canada with a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Geography. He completed his education degree at Niagara University in Toronto specializing in Elementary Education. Before joining SIS in July 2024, Mr. Speck spent 8 years in elementary education teaching Geography, Math and Physical Education to Grade 7 and 8 students at an all-boys private school in Ontario, Canada. He enjoys getting to know his students and uses their likes and interests to make lessons more fun and engaging for everyone in his classes.

Yones Jama comes from the vibrant and diverse city of Toronto, Canada. Growing up in such a multicultural environment fueled his curiosity about different cultures and led him to teach internationally. He holds a Specialized Honours degree in English and History from York University in Toronto, Canada. He also has a Bachelor of Education with a specialization in International Education. His teaching journey includes experience in Canada, the United Arab Emirates, and most recently, Vietnam. He enjoys learning new languages, exploring nature, and reading fiction.
