For students to secure a successful future, good grades are simply not enough. In an effort to prepare our students for the jobs of tomorrow, the SIS Career Week is organised to allow them to learn about a range of different careers from experts in their fields.
The event provides students with an interactive, inspiring experience that facilitates a connection between their academic pursuits and their professional endeavours beyond their schooling years. Each year, SIS invites 50–60 panellists from a wide range of industries to engage with students through panel sessions for Middle School or Lower Secondary (Grades 6–8 / Years 7–9), High School or Upper Secondary (Grades 9–11 / Years 10–11), Sixth Form and IBDP. In addition, Elementary or Primary students will have opportunities for hands-on learning experiences, guided by experts in their respective fields. These sessions are organised around themes connected to current global developments and emerging trends, helping students explore how these changes may shape the careers and jobs of the future.
