on the birth of your newborn at Sunway Medical Centre!
If your baby is born between 31 August 2022 - 31 December 2025, your newborn will be entitled to the Gold Enrolment Certificate worth up to RM 6,000.
Fill up the following to convert your Gold Enrolment Certificate to an e-Certificate within six (6) months of your newborn's date of birth.

- Please convert the certificate to an e-Certificate within six (6) months from your newborn’s date of birth.
- An unconverted certificate will lapse after six (6) months.
- This certificate will be used for application fee waiver for any programmes offered by Sunway International Schools, Sunway City Kuala Lumpur Campus and Sunway Iskandar Puteri Johor campus.
- This certificate will be used solely to waive the application fees. General fees, deposits, and tuition fees incurred in the event of a student's admission will be borne by the child’s parents/guardian.
- Applicable for children born at Sunway Medical Centre Kuala Lumpur and Sunway Medical Centre Velocity between August 31, 2022, and December 31, 2025.
- This certificate must be redeemed within ten (10) years from the newborn’s date of birth for application into Grade 5 /Year 6 and below.
- This certificate is valid for one (1) application only.
- This certificate is transferable to an older sibling. Once transferred, the newborn will no longer be entitled to the waiver.
- This certificate cannot be exchanged for cash in part or in full, and any unused balance will not be refunded.
- Sunway International Schools (SIS) reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this certificate.
