Kimberley May Anderson

Kimberley Anderson is a passionate, enthusiastic teacher from Durban, South Africa. She graduated from the University of KwaZulu-Natal in 2014 and started her teaching career abroad, in South Korea. Thereafter, she moved back to South Africa and taught at the primary school that she attended as a learner. Her passion lies in English studies, in which she has specialized for most of her teaching career. She is now in her ninth year of teaching and is thoroughly enjoying the experience of teaching in another new and exciting location, Malaysia.

Jeanelle Khaw

Jeanelle Khaw earned her Honours degree in Early Childhood Education from Munster Technological University in Ireland, graduating in 2023. Since 2019, she has actively engaged in teaching and administrative roles across diverse local and international classroom settings. Jeanelle's long-term aspiration is to refine her expertise and cultivate a nurturing community where her children can receive a holistic education, developing curiosity, trust, and ultimately growing into critically thinking adults who contribute positively to society.

Janet Tan

Janet Tan holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Early Childhood Education from Ireland, which has given her a strong foundation in understanding child development and educational methodologies. With over four years of teaching experience, she has worked in both international schools and in Ireland, where she has been exposed to diverse educational settings and student needs. Janet specializes in tailoring her teaching to accommodate different learning styles, believing that every child has the potential to succeed when given the right approach.

Rachel Chua

Rachel Chua is a passionate Mandarin teacher with 14 years of experience, specializing in secondary education. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Language and Linguistics from University Malaya, a Master of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages (MTCSOL) from Central China Normal University in Wuhan, China and a Postgraduate Diploma in Teaching (PGDT) from Open University Malaysia. She has taught across Cambridge IGCSE, A-Level, IB DP/MYP, HSK, and SPM, helping students from diverse backgrounds excel in Mandarin.

Eulise Teh Qiao Yee

Eulise Teh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Munster Technological University Ireland and has 2 years of teaching experience. She has taught preschool for one and the half year at Tots crèche Ireland , before transitioning to SIS. Her specialization lies in early childhood education and she is passionate about creating engaging and interactive learning environments tailored to the diverse needs of my students. She believes in fostering a growth mindset and encouraging students to embrace challenges as opportunities for learning.

Seow Shan-Na

Shan-Na is a passionate educator with a background in Psychology and Early Childhood Education, bringing over 7 years of valuable teaching experience with Early Years and Elementary students. She is dedicated to empowering young minds and fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment that encourages every learner to thrive. Outside of the classroom, she enjoys traveling and exploring new cultures, as well as engaging in arts and crafts, which allows her to express creativity and bring fresh perspectives to her teaching.

Oliver Quinton

Oliver Quinton joins SIS as a German and English teacher this school ear. He is British teacher with over a decade of Modern Foreign Language teaching experience from Key Stage 2 to Key Stage 4. He has also taught English as a First Language and Second Language since 2000. He has lived, studied and worked in the UK, Netherlands, Belgium France, Spain, Italy, Singapore, China and Malaysia. His experties lies in building language proficiency: improving oral fluency, writing structure, accuracy and improving text comprehension skills.

Michael Christopher Church

Michael Church has a Master's Degree in Education and brings over 20 years of experience in literature and writing to his teaching. For the last eight years, he has been teaching in China, where he also specialised in MYP and IB DP English Language and Literature. On top of that, he created a creative writing course from scratch to help students tap into their creativity, expressing themselves, and developing strong literary skills.

Mohamed Fouad Abdelaziz Hassanein

Mr Mohamed Fouad Abdelaziz Hassanein graduated from Alexandria University with a Bachelor in Science and Bachelor in Education, with an endorsement in Physics and Chemistry. He is an Ontario College of Teacher certified High and Middle School Science. Teacher also with an additional qualification in teaching Senior Biology & Chemistry and Special Education from Queens University.
