A Schoolwide Exploration of Dreams and Courage
From our youngest learners to our future graduates, the entire school community was united in a shared journey of exploration and inspiration during Career Week where growth and aspiration knew no limits.
The senior students had a productive and inspiring session led by a powerful keynote address from Mr. Justin Then, CEO of Burson Malaysia, who spoke about the importance of building meaningful relationships, cultivating support networks, and carrying these values into school, business, and life. Students then attended workshops from more than 20 diverse fields, including engineering, entrepreneurship, law, and medical sciences conducted by dedicated volunteer industry experts who offered invaluable insights into the respective academic and subsequent career pathways. The thought-provoking morning wrapped up with a bustling university fair featuring over 40 top universities globally.
Our middle and/or primary school level students on the other hand, enjoyed themselves on an exciting field trip to Sunway University, where they took part in hands-on workshops across subjects such as Music and Psychology. This eye-opening experience offered them a glimpse into new areas of interest and helped broaden their understanding of the many opportunities awaiting them in secondary school and beyond.
During the Friday assembly, it was the opportunity for our kindergarteners to steal the spotlight dressed up in adorable outfits of various professions. The school hallways were filled with veterinarians, firefighters, soldiers and even superheroes – both with fictional characters and real-life heroes in our community who show courage, kindness, and care every day.
From the confidence of our kindergarteners, to the curiosity of our middle schoolers, to the ambition of our seniors, we hope the experience sparked new interests and inspired students to think deeper about their passions and academic pathways.
