Rachel Chua is a passionate Mandarin teacher with 14 years of experience, specializing in secondary education. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Language and Linguistics from University Malaya, a Master of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages (MTCSOL) from Central China Normal University in Wuhan, China and a Postgraduate Diploma in Teaching (PGDT) from Open University Malaysia. She has taught across Cambridge IGCSE, A-Level, IB DP/MYP, HSK, and SPM, helping students from diverse backgrounds excel in Mandarin. In addition to teaching, she serves as a Mandarin coordinator and am a certified HSK Administrator, organizing and managing HSK exams. Her teaching philosophy focuses on creating an inclusive, supportive learning environment with differentiated instruction to meet individual needs.
