Premavathy Rajendran, I received my Diploma in Early Childhood Education from Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris, Perak and have completed my Degree in Counselling (Hons) from Universiti Utara Malaysia. I have been teaching in a few international schools for more than 5 years as an elementary teacher before joining SISJ. At SISJ, I’m currently serving as the Educational Assistant for Grade 2.

Lauralynn Stefureak

Secondary Academic Counsellor

A graduate of the University of Alberta (Canada), Lauralynn has certification in Conflict Management (EU) and mental health education & coaching. An IB educator since 1998, teaching in the Middle Years and Diploma programmes has provided her with a unique insight to advise MYP students and IB graduates on post-secondary choices.

With more than 25 years working in Canada, Sweden, Azerbaijan, Qatar, China, the UAE and Vietnam, she's working to establish the Student Centre for counselling at SISJ.

Anne NG

Anne holds a Bachelor Degree in Multimedia Design from the Wanganui School of Design, New Zealand. She previously taught at a renowned design school and a cutting-edge university in Malaysia.

Anne's teaching is inspired by the broad spectrum of art in our daily lives - from the purely aesthetic to the highly functional. She not only relies on her artistic talent but also taps into her extensive experience in international marketing and design agencies to stimulate her students' creativity.

Nico Peeters

Nico is a passionate educator who brings a solid background in teaching and research, on the one hand, and extensive experience in the global business arena, on the other hand, to our school.

Nico studied at the University of Leuven (Belgium), Oxford University (United Kingdom), and the Universidade de Lisboa (Portugal) and holds a Master's Degree in Literature and Linguistics. He also pursued a Master of Business Administration at Hasselt University (Belgium) and Memorial University of Newfoundland (Canada).

Z Al Nurdin

MYP-DP Mathematic & MYP Personal Project Facilitator

Z Al Nurdin graduated from the Indonesia University of Education with a Bachelor of Education and a teaching License specializing in Mathematics. Prior to SISJ, Mr. Z has spent 15 years teaching mathematics to students aged 12 to 18 at different international schools in Indonesia and China. He is currently serving as MYP-DP mathematics teacher and MYP Personal Project Facilitator.

Nursuhada binti Selamat

Grade 2

Nursuhada Selamat graduated from the University of Selangor with a Bachelor's Degree in Education (Hons) in Early Childhood Education. Previously she taught at a local school and kindergarten in Selangor. She also has experience in teaching Diploma students for Early Childhood Education. She has been teaching since 2015 and worked with students of all backgrounds and ages as early as 3 years old and up to adults. She enjoys her teaching and is very passionate about helping students to learn. She is currently a Homeroom Teacher for Grade 2.

Kerri-Leigh Armstrong

Early Childhood Educator SK

Kerri-Leigh graduated at the University of South Africa with a 4 year qualification in a Bachelors degree in Education, focusing on Early Childhood Development . Kerri spent 2 years teaching children of elementary age before completing 4 years teaching Kindergarten in Cape Town. Kerri has progressed to living in Malaysia to continue her passion of teaching young children at Sunway International School.

Annisa Nasir

Malay Teacher

Annisa Nasir, a graduate of Unitar with 5 years of experience as a Malay Teacher in international kindergartens, is currently at SISJ. She is dedicated to nurturing young minds and supporting children's development in their early years of learning.
