Terrance Tam

Terrance Tam graduated from the concurrent teacher education program at the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Education. He tutored at Kumon Math and Reading Center for more than 10 years, taught math in the United Kingdom for 1 year, and supplied for the Toronto District School Board Elementary Division for 2 years before joining SIS in July 2017. Mr. Tam currently teaches math and is the lead teacher advisor for the High School Student Council at SIS.

Lim Ann Lay

Lim Ann Lay holds a Bachelor (Hons) of Arts from the University of Malaya, a Diploma of Education from the University of Science Malaysia and a Master of Modern Language Studies from University Malaya. Mr. Lim has 26 years of teaching experience in Malaysia and Singapore, having taught students in the local and British curriculum, and IB Diploma programmes. Mr. Lim teaches high school's Bahasa Malaysia in SIS.

Kellee Melendy

Kellee Melendy holds a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Psychology, a Bachelor of Education, and a Master of Education in Counselling Psychology, from the Memorial University of Newfoundland. She has taught science, biology and social sciences in Newfoundland, Quebec, Beijing, and Malaysia. Ms. Melendy joins the SIS team as the Grade 9 Science teacher. 

Kylie Biggs

Kylie Biggs graduated from the University of Regina, Canada with a Bachelor of Education degree. Before teaching in Malaysia, she taught in Canada and Egypt. She joined SIS in January 2022 and currently teaches civics and career studies. 

Nicholas Towns

Nicholas Towns obtained a combined Bachelor (Hons) in English and History, as well as a Master's of English at Carleton University, in Ottawa.  He completed his Bachelor of Education at Queen's University.  For ten years, he worked in the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) therapy, which brought him to his first post overseas in Indonesia.  As a therapist, he worked with children on the autism spectrum. Nicholas was a founding member of the Grade 7 programme at SIS in 2012, and has also taught at the high school level.

Ruby Sim Fong Fong

Ruby Sim graduated from the University of Greenwich in the UK with a Bachelor's degree in Early Years Education. She is a Singaporean with over twenty years of experience in teaching early childhood from the age of 3 - 6 years old. Ms Sim has taught in the United Arab Emirates and Malaysia. She also taught at SIS Iskandar Puteri (Johor) before joining SIS KL campus as a Junior Kindergarten teacher.

Annie Tan Moh Tze

Annie Tan graduated from UCSI University with a Bachelor in Classical Music (Hons). She also completed her Masters in Music Education at University of Roehampton, United Kingdom. She has taught in an international school in Malaysia for 8 years before joining SIS in July 2023.
