Julia Bojko has a Masters Degree in English Language Teaching as well as an International Postgraduate Certificate in Education. She has been living in Malaysia for 13 years and has worked with the Ministry of Education as well as other international schools. She strongly believes in positive reinforcement and interactive learning. She joins SIS in July 2023 and teaches the Junior Kindergarten class.

Stemon Sit obtained his Bachelor of Commerce from Toronto Metropolitan University and his Bachelor of Education from Lakehead University. He has additional qualifications in Mathematics, Health and Physical Education, special education and teaching English language learners.

Alex Doucet graduated from the University of Moncton, New Brunswick with a Bachelor of Science (Biology), a Bachelor of Education, and a Master of Business Administration. Prior to joining us at SIS, Mr Doucet taught for 4 years in Bangkok, Thailand and 3 years in Canada. He is currently teaching grades 6 and 8 Science at SIS. 

Toby Holland joins SIS as the elementary's physical education & health teacher.

Luke Salisbury graduated from Edge Hill University, UK with a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education and School Sport. Before moving to SIS in July 2024, Luke has taught Physical Education for 8 years in the UK, Egypt and Oman. 

Matthew Speck graduated from Brock University in Ontario, Canada with a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Geography. He completed his education degree at Niagara University in Toronto specializing in Elementary Education. Before joining SIS in July 2024, Mr. Speck spent 8 years in elementary education teaching Geography, Math and Physical Education to Grade 7 and 8 students at an all-boys private school in Ontario, Canada. He enjoys getting to know his students and uses their likes and interests to make lessons more fun and engaging for everyone in his classes.

Yones Jama comes from the vibrant and diverse city of Toronto, Canada. Growing up in such a multicultural environment fueled his curiosity about different cultures and led him to teach internationally. He holds a Specialized Honours degree in English and History from York University in Toronto, Canada. He also has a Bachelor of Education with a specialization in International Education. His teaching journey includes experience in Canada, the United Arab Emirates, and most recently, Vietnam. He enjoys learning new languages, exploring nature, and reading fiction.
