Dr Cheng has more than 30 years’ experience in private higher education and international education programmes involving Malaysian, Australian, UK and US institutions. She received her B.Sc. (Hons) in Science with Education and Master of Education from University of Malaya, Master of Arts in Work Based Learning from Middlesex University, UK, and PhD in Education from Monash University, Australia. Her PhD thesis focused on the internationalisation of curriculum. Dr Cheng is often invited to speak on contemporary education reforms because of her experience and active engagement in education.
