Mr Owen received his Bachelor of Arts with Honours from Brock University majoring in Language and Literacy. He then went on to earn his Graduate Diploma in Education from the University of Wollongong in New South Wales, Australia and completed his Master of Professional Education at the University of Western Ontario. Mr Owen had taught in the Canadian International Matriculation Programme (CIMP) at Sunway College before he joined SIS Sunway City Kuala Lumpur and has now been with Sunway Education Group for over 15 years. As Deputy Principal in SIS KL, Mr Owen’s responsibilities include ensuring that SIS is a safe and engaging learning environment for all students. He also oversees students’ discipline and school operations.
