Nicole graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and recently just finished her professional certificate in Special Needs Education. She has 6 years of working experience in Early Childhood and Elementary. She was a freelance tuition teacher for about a year before joining a school that offered an afterschool program for elementary students. In her 5 years there, she was the class teacher for 5 year olds in the morning, and a class teacher for Daycare students from Primary 1-4 in the afternoon. She believes that it's important to be their teacher and a friend at the same time as its the process of learning that matters more.
