Dr. Andrew M. Goodman has been teaching for over twenty years. His initial career was in the Canadian Army, where he served ten years as an officer after graduating from Western University with a degree in economics. Since that time, Dr. Andy has completed a Master’s of Education and also a Doctorate in Educational Leadership. Dr. Andy taught in Texas for five years before moving to Korea where he spent a year teaching and serving as the coordinator at a language center. In the years since that time, Andy has taught in several international settings, including Kuwait, China, and Thailand. He has also trained teachers in Vietnam, Maldives, Thailand and China. Andy initially started out mostly as a Special Education and ESL/EAL teacher for his first assignments. His teaching philosophy is to take the student where they are at and build them from there. He believes we are not here to remake students, but to help them realize the best that is within them.
