Bringing a diverse professional background and a passion for education, Ferial Essa joins the Cambridge programme at SISKL. With a PGCE from Liverpool John Moores University, UK, she transitioned from a career in Human Resources to teaching in 2018, driven by a desire to foster young minds' growth and development. Her teaching experience spans Early Years and Primary Education, including several years teaching in China until 2022 before relocating to Malaysia. I am dedicated to creating enriching and inclusive learning environments where students thrive academically and personally. She prioritises student-centered learning and aims to cultivate critical thinking and creativity. She believes that educators play a pivotal role in unlocking each student's potential, empowering them to succeed in their academic and personal pursuits.
