Michael Church has a Master's Degree in Education and brings over 20 years of experience in literature and writing to his teaching. For the last eight years, he has been teaching in China, where he also specialised in MYP and IB DP English Language and Literature. On top of that, he created a creative writing course from scratch to help students tap into their creativity, expressing themselves, and developing strong literary skills.

Michael's teaching style encourages critical thinking and inquiry-based learning. He loves guiding students to explore new ideas and find answers on their own. He also believes learning should be fun -when students enjoy themselves, they not only remember more but also nurtures their motivation to learn.

Outside of teaching, Michael is a published author with a book available on Amazon called "The Have-Nots" under the name M. Anton Church. He also takes part in stand-up comedy, using his humour and storytelling skills to entertain. These hobbies bring an extra spark to his classroom, where he harnesses students' writing techniques and helps them build their confidence in public speaking.

Michael's passion for education, creativity, and connection inspires his student to think critically, communicate effectively, and develop a lifelong love for literature and learning.
